Curiosity Store was a brand-new eCommerce concept - an online shop designed to feel as exciting and eclectic as a physical boutique. The challenge was to craft an engaging digital experience that encouraged exploration while ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
As the lead UX designer, I took an experience-first approach, focusing on how users would browse and interact with the store. The aim was to build a sense of discovery while maintaining usability.
A core design feature that emerged was a highly visual homepage layout that showcased curated collections, encouraging users to browse in a more organic, discovery-led way. I experimented with interactions and transitions to make the experience feel dynamic while keeping performance and accessibility in mind.
The Curiosity Store successfully launched with an engaging, UX-led design that reflected the brand’s playful ethos while providing a functional and intuitive shopping experience.
